First off I'd like to thank Kethlyr and all of you for the opportunity here to get to know each other.
My name is Orinaccio and I'm the Guild Leader of the Grey Wolves. As I shared with Kethlyr yesterday, I came across your recruitment post on the Garona forums and was struck by how similar your guild seemed to be to ours. Historically our raids go into a summer hiatus due to our members going on vacation, etc, but this year we want to try to see if we can extend a welcome to guilds like yours, and other friends, to keep the fun going for as long and as far as we can until expansion hits. We are motivated by fun and the thrill of overcoming challenges in a team-based social environment.
I will make a separate post that provides more details on our scheduled 25-man raids and how you can participate. However, for now, I'd like to give you some background on our guild:

GREY WOLVES

We are a mature casual raiding guild that strives for a balance between a casual atmosphere and maintaining the discipline that is required to succeed at high-end raiding content. We consider ourselves a fun social club with an irreverent sense of humor that enjoy close friendly ties with one another. We have our own vent-server, are active in PvP, and have a lively forum on our clan website.
Our members are made up of adult professionals, graduate and undergraduate students, business owners, managers and executives, attorneys, military servicemen and women, family providers, and public servants. We value and understand family, career and personal obligations, yet also are driven players that enjoy overcoming challenges together.
RAIDING:
We have downed Al’ar, Solarian, and Void Reaver in The Eye, The Lurker Below in SSC, and Rage Winterchill in Mount Hyjal. We are a very capable bunch, but are still fresh and learning in Tier 5 and early Tier 6 content, which is where our focus lies presently. We presently have Tier 4 content on farm status, and run numerous ad hoc raids every week in Karazhan for badge farming and the odd gear upgrade.
We use a simplified DKP system for our 25 man content, and a "Need Before Greed" system for 10mans, administered on a Master Looter basis.
Our raids last two hours and are presently conducted on Sunday at 5 p.m. CST (3 pm PST/ 6 pm EST), Monday and Thursdays at 730 CST (530 pm PST/ 830 EST).
Our 25-man raiding team has a minimum gear requirement of Tier 4/Season 1 or better. [Note: Welfare epics okay!]
ABOUT THE GREY WOLVES:
The Grey Wolves is Garona's second oldest guild, with a long history that predates even WoW, having just celebrated its 6th year anniversary. The Grey Wolves have a presence on multiple online gaming platforms including First Person Shooter games such as ET:QW. While a “mature” guild with many adult players, the Grey Wolves also counts younger players among its ranks, some of whom are children or relatives of our members.
