My druid is my main but I am only at lvl 37 so I do not know much about high lvl and epic stuff. But this sounds awesome... Does anybody know what the form looks like and how and where it is used? Thanx :-)

Well the first flight form you can get at lvl 68 and it looks like a crow. The epic is basically the same but much faster and more a light brown in color and it’s a long quest chain to get from what I can see but I have not started it yet.

Flight form and flying mounts are only useable in outlands but they are very handy to have.

Also, keep in mind you can't complete the epic mount quest chains (there are several - not just the druid epic flight form) without having a 300 riding skill; so there's NO getting around the 5K gold cost (for now)

IMO, the 5K gold training requirement is WAY out of line. Even given the insane amount of gold I made just last night doing quests in Neatherstorm (went from around 350 to 650 in a few hours). That quest gold can only take you so far. I WILL run out of quests to do, and long before I've got 5K. So the 5K requirement is just to either (a) keep players farming - the single most boring part of the game, or (b) to encourage the lazy and/or more time limited players to BUY gold from gold sellers. This is making the game better how? I could see it if it was a rep thing. Like if you couldn't get the training until you get to such and such rep with some group. Then you might be runing instances, and all your rep farming might pay off in other ways like access to reciplies or items. There could even be multiple groups capable of training you so that you could pick the one you want to build up rep with. But 5K gold!?!? It's just nuts. I will in all likihood never get there.

Not worry. Your not the only one. I will prob never get the epic either but if I do I will go for the epic flight form on Truwind first. Doin loops rocks. hehe
